Xiaoman Chen is a Client Strategist at ListenFirst since September 2021, specializing in marketing analysis for fashion and luxury brands, providing strategic recommendations, and collaborating on high-level reports. As the Owner and Operator of Punkybear Boutique since March 2017, Xiaoman manages an e-commerce business focused on fashion apparel, leveraging social media marketing to drive sales.
