Tuncay Tuncer

Tuncay Tuncer serves as the Tribe Lead at Liv Digital Bank, the UAE’s first lifestyle digital bank by Emirates NBD, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Tuncay co-founded Handleforme.com, a next-generation digital service marketplace for the UAE, Middle East, and Africa, from April 2021 to June 2024. Tuncay has extensive experience in mobile and online banking, having held the position of SVP-Mobile & Online Banking at Mashreq, Group Executive Director for Online & Mobile Platforms at Standard Chartered Bank, and various leadership roles at Emirates NBD and Akbank. Tuncay's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management Sciences from Istanbul Technical University, completed in 2007.
