Julio Morales

Julio Morales is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and investments. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at LivCor since June 2018, Julio has previously held multiple roles at Equity Residential, including Vice President of Investments, Associate Vice President of Investments, and Senior Analyst of Investments, demonstrating a strong progression in responsibilities from 2006 to 2018. Prior to Equity Residential, Julio worked at Fox Interactive Media as a Contract Analyst and RSM Equico as a Senior Analyst. Julio's career began in the US Navy as an Engineering Laboratory Technician from 1992 to 1998. Julio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business.
