Jon Ochenas

Jon Ochenas is the Head of Customer Experience Design at Live Oak Bank, where the focus is on supporting America’s small businesses since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Director of User Experience and Senior Manager of User Experience, where responsibilities included building a design team and overseeing product development during a technological transformation. Jon's career began in interaction design, with significant contributions at companies such as Crown Equipment Corporation, Sprint/Nextel, Yahoo!, Musicmatch Inc., and others, cultivating expertise in user interfaces and customer experience across multiple sectors. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Arizona State University.
