Gourav Khetan is an experienced professional in the fields of business management and operations, currently serving as the Business Head for Vesta at Livspace since November 2017. Gourav's expertise includes building teams for construction and operations, utilizing data analytics for process improvement, and enhancing customer experience. Prior roles at Livspace also included Regional Head of Sales Operations and City Operations Manager for NCR. Before joining Livspace, Gourav Khetan held key positions at MR BUTTON, where notable achievements included tripling revenue within two years and implementing an ERP system for operational efficiency. Additional experience encompasses project management at Concept Architectural Services and business development at Innovatione India, alongside roles in architecture at Total Environment Building Systems and Jones Lang LaSalle.
