Sulabh Kulshreshtha

Sulabh Kulshreshtha is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Livspace since March 2024, Sulabh previously held significant roles at Nykaa, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experience and well-being as well as contributing to the HR roadmap for the company's IPO. Notable prior positions include Head of HR & Training for Calvin Klein and leadership roles at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd., Arvind Fashions Limited, and Reliance Brands Ltd., among others. Sulabh's educational background includes an EDP in People Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
