Lenore Rommel

Lenore Rommel has extensive experience in benefits management and compliance, currently serving as Senior Manager of Benefits and Compliance at LIXIL Water Technology Americas since November 2018. Prior to this role, Lenore held various positions at AS America, including Manager of Health and Wellness Programs since October 2011 and Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist from June 2008 to September 2011. Lenore's career began at American Standard Corporate Headquarters, progressing from Benefits Technical Advisor to roles such as Benefits Analyst and Corporate HRIS Analyst from August 1990 to June 2008. Lenore is responsible for overseeing employee benefit programs, pension and 401k plans, managing vendor relationships, and supporting corporate wellness initiatives.
