Madhur Kumar

Madhur Kumar currently serves as the Leader of Total Rewards for India, Subcontinent, and Thailand at LIXIL since October 2022, focusing on the development and implementation of equitable compensation programs in alignment with global strategies. Prior to this role, Madhur held various positions at Blackberrys Menswear, including Leader of Total Rewards for India & Subcontinent and Deputy General Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations, compensation and benefits, and HR transformation. Madhur also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Delhivery, leading compensation and HR projects, and as an EDC HR Leader at GATI-KWE, managing employee life cycles in specific regions. The career began with a role as a Management Trainee HR at GATI-KWE. Madhur holds a PGDM in Human Resource and Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management and a BSc in Biotechnology from HNB Garhwal University.
