Elena Vasilyeva

Elena Vasilyeva is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Finance at LIZY since October 2024, Elena previously held the position of Global Head of Corporate Finance at IDFinance from August 2018 to August 2024, where responsibilities included defining and executing financing strategies and managing significant debt transactions exceeding EUR200 million. Prior to IDFinance, Elena worked at KPMG from December 2013 to August 2018, where involvement in over 30 complex financial valuations and modeling projects supported equity raises, strategy development, and M&A initiatives. Elena holds a Master's degree in Strategic Corporate Finance from the Higher School of Economics, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
