Sat Prakash has extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd since July 2023. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Thriveni EarthMovers Pvt. Ltd and General Manager of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs at JSW Steel. Additionally, Sat Prakash held leadership positions at JSW Cement and JSW Steel's Vijayanagar Works, as well as significant roles at Indus Towers Limited and ICICI Lombard. Education credentials include an LLB from Campus Law Centre, attained between 1993 and 1996, and attendance at St. Xavier's School in Ranchi.
