Rajani R. Gupte

Dr. (Mrs.) Rajani R. Gupte is an Independent Director on Board of the Company. She was appointed on June 26, 2020.

Mrs. Gupte has completed Ph. D in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune University, on the topic "The impact of trade liberalisation on the level of protection of Indian Industry".

Currently, Mrs. Gupte is the Vice Chancellor of Symbiosis International University, Pune. During the period 2004-2012, she has also served as a Director of Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB). She was actively involved in establishing SIIB as one of the leading B-Schools in India.

She has also served as a Dean of Symbiosis International University. She has served as a member WTO committee, Government of Maharashtra, Department of Horticulture during the period 2002-06.

Prior to the above, she has worked as Director-Finance in a private limited company, wherein she has handled Finance operations seamlessly.
