Bernadette Mateo

Bernadette Mateo, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at LoanCare since June 2022, Bernadette previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from February 2010 to June 2022. Prior to LoanCare, Bernadette worked as a Human Resources Manager at Dominion Enterprises from October 2004 to March 2010 and as a Staffing & Special Projects Manager at Goodman & Company briefly in 2004. Bernadette began their career as a Recruiter and Account Manager at Microlink from 2000 to 2004 and as an Account Manager at American Technical Resources/Spherion from 1995 to 1999. Bernadette earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Strayer University between 2003 and 2007.
