Kilian Goldin is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in scaling training programs and enhancing educational content across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at loanDepot, Kilian successfully expanded a training team and developed a comprehensive work-from-home training strategy for new mortgage sales officers, achieving a pass rate significantly above the national average.
