Mariah Gutierrez is a seasoned loan processor with extensive experience in managing a diverse pipeline of loans, including VA, FHA, and conventional loans, currently serving as a HELOC processor at loanDepot since March 2024. Previous roles include working as a loan processor at Credit9 and serving as a Platinum Senior Account Manager at loanDepot, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing up to 80 loans. Mariah has also held positions as a doctor recruiter at Western Dental & Orthodontics and as a recruiter lead at Aerotek, a company recognized for its staffing services. Mariah’s career began as an executive assistant in the entertainment travel sector. Mariah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development with a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
