Phil White

Phil White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Loap Consulting since December 2024, Phil previously held prominent positions including Chief Commercial Officer and Head of UK Retail at Genius Foods, as well as Account Director at Young's Seafood. Phil has demonstrated expertise as the EU General Manager and Head of Sales at Ugly Drinks, and played key roles in sales and customer development at Lily's Kitchen and Mondelēz International. Additionally, Phil contributed as an Area Board Member for Young Enterprise, a charity focused on enhancing business skills among students.
