Joe Van Belle is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial transformations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President, CAO Finance at Loblaw Companies Limited since April 2022, Joe previously held the position of Vice President, Controller & Shared Services at Weston Foods from October 2018 to April 2022, where accountability for the successful rollout of SAP and the introduction of Robotic Processing Automation was established. Prior roles at Loblaw Companies Limited included Sr. Director positions in Vendor Income/Vendor Audit and the Drugstore Business Unit, focusing on operational efficiency and financial oversight. Joe's career began as Controller at Smurfit-MBI from May 2005 to August 2009.
