Kate Murphy

Kate Murphy currently serves as the Learning Solutions Manager at Lobster Ink, specializing in learning solutions, instructional design, eLearning, and talent and leadership development within the hospitality and tertiary education sectors. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Hilton Worldwide, including Learning Solutions Consultant for the Africa and Asia region, and Senior Regional Manager for Talent and Leadership Development, where contributions spanned two decades. Kate obtained a Master's degree in Hotel Administration/Management from Cornell University and is currently pursuing Human Resources Business Partner education at the same institution.
