Colin Lynch

Colin has more than 20 years of experience working on the legal side of healthcare. From 1996 to 2017 he worked with healthcare specialist law firm Capsticks and was their national lead on all commercial, corporate and major project work. He led legal teams on many of the UK’s largest and most complex healthcare transactions, many of them being firsts of their kind.

Since 2018, Colin has been running his own healthcare projects advisory consultancy, providing support much broader than legal advice, leading on negotiation and commercial teams on healthcare capital projects, major project procurements, contractual and corporate restructurings and corporate acquisitions.
