Ciara Bernskoetter

Ciara Bernskoetter, ACC, serves as the Director of Producer Development at Lockton Companies, leading the recruitment and development of producers across several major cities. Ciara also works as an Executive Coach for Brighter & Bolder, specializing in coaching leaders within financial services. Prior experience includes a role as the Regional Lead for Training & Culture at Freddie Mac, where Ciara designed training programs, implemented culture initiatives, and taught nationwide emotional intelligence training. Earlier, Ciara supported executive leadership at Lockton Companies as an Executive Assistant and managed the corporate private aviation program. Ciara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has furthered education through Stanford Continuing Studies.
