Piers Hughes

Piers Hughes is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in the reinsurance sector across Asia. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Reinsurance for Asia at Lockton and previously holding the position of Regional Deputy Head of Reinsurance at Lockton International, Piers has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior roles include Head of Engineering & Terrorism at Miller Insurance Services LLP, Head of Reinsurance in Thailand at Howden Insurance Brokers, and Associate Director at both Price Forbes & Partners and Lockton Companies. Piers holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts Joint Honors in Banking and Accountancy, both from Bangor University.
