Josée Lamarre

Josée Lamarre is a seasoned professional in total compensation and human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Compensation at Logistec since November 2024. Prior experience includes Senior Consultant at Normandin Beaudry from September 2017 to November 2024, and Specialist Director at VIA Rail Canada from November 2010 to September 2017, where responsibilities encompassed the development of global compensation strategies.
