Ana Sousa is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development across multiple regions, including North America and Europe. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Logoplaste since April 2015, Ana oversees HR operations for various locations, manages the Talent Acquisition Department, and acts as the Immigration Point of Contact for the US. Previous roles include leading recruitment and development initiatives at companies such as LIVINGBRANDS Portugal, Nestle, and Novartis, where Ana focused on performance improvement, contract management, and HR project support. Ana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a degree in Psychology from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada.
