Karla Perez

Karla Perez is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global purchasing and capital expenditure management. Currently serving as Global Purchasing Manager at Lombard International Assurance since September 2019, Karla previously held various positions at ArcelorMittal from September 2008 to September 2019, including Lead Buyer for Corporate Capex and Global Buyer for Corporate Capex, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing procurement for the steel and mining sectors in the Americas. Karla began their career as a Special Tooling Buyer at GE Aviation from February 2006 to April 2007. Academically, Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and participated in a six-month exchange program at Boston University.
