Gianluca Tricella

Gianluca Tricella is an experienced IT Change Manager currently leading the Change Management Unit in the IT&O Department at ARIA S.p.A. Lombardia since July 2019, and also serving in a similar capacity at Lombardia Informatica since July 2008. Renowned for expertise in ITIL best practices, Gianluca oversees change processes by assessing impacts, costs, benefits, and risks, while managing implementation and reporting. Prior experience includes roles as IT Change Manager and IT Security Manager at Lombardia-Servizi Spa, where the company achieved ISO 27001 certification under Gianluca's management, and as Project Manager at Lombardia Integrata.
