Tom Palmer

Tom Palmer is an experienced careers adviser and employability consultant with a strong background in providing career support and guidance across various educational institutions. Currently serving as the Job Hub Lead and Job Hub Adviser at the London Borough of Camden since September 2020, Tom previously held roles as the Lead Careers Adviser at City of Westminster College, where achievements included coordinating the UCAS process for over 600 students and managing annual careers fairs. Tom also worked as an Employability Consultant at Birkbeck, University of London, and as a Careers Adviser at Capel Manor College, where contributions included designing employability workshops and supporting high-need students. An advocate for bridging educational gaps, Tom has developed strong networks with employers and charities throughout the career journey, showcasing expertise in event management, project coordination, and tailored career services.
