Tom Dawson

Tom Dawson currently serves as the Abney Park Manager for the London Borough of Hackney since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Cancer Research UK (CRUK) from May 2016 to August 2023, holding various positions, including Divisional Manager and Senior Local Fundraising Manager, where responsibilities included event management for the Race for Life and Pretty Muddy initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as an Events & Partnerships Assistant at Frog Bikes and as a Ski Instructor across multiple international resorts. Tom has also engaged in media sales at ALPDEST CEE, s.r.o. and Sheengate Publishing, as well as team leadership in fundraising at Home Fundraising Ltd. Educational qualifications encompass a BA(Hons) in Advertising from Southampton Solent University and various certifications in ski instruction.
