Kim Henry

Kim Henry serves as the Associate Director of Organisational Design at London Business School, where responsibilities include leading department structure changes, optimizing efficiency, and engaging the School community in transformation initiatives. With extensive experience in IT and change management, Kim has held various roles including Director of Delivery Capability and IT Transformation Lead, focusing on building high-quality IT teams and developing strategic transformation programs. Prior to this, Kim accumulated significant experience at Yarra Valley Water, notably as an Enterprise Capability and Change Manager, where a Change Capability was developed within the organization, and customer service processes were critically redesigned. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Social Sciences from the University of Melbourne and multiple certifications in Agile, Quality Service, and Change Management.
