Martin J Braddock is an accomplished executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development across multiple global organizations. As the CEO and founder of Executive & Leadership Coaching since June 2018, Martin focuses on bespoke coaching initiatives that drive exceptional results for executives and their teams. In addition to leading coaching initiatives, Martin serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in Leadership Development at London Business School and is involved in various coaching positions at organizations such as Lee Hecht Harrison, Ashridge Executive Education, and the Global Coaching Group. Martin’s strong educational background includes a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and a degree in Technology & Management from the University of Bradford.
