Previously, Hatem worked as a Product Manager at DEPLOFY and a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Mobius, where responsibilities included managing product life cycles and defining product requirements. Earlier roles at CA involved leadership in product management, development, and quality assurance for security and enterprise management products. Hatem holds a PhD in Organization & Management with a specialization in Technology Management from Capella University, alongside multiple degrees in Information Systems Management and Computer Science.
