Jan Kubik is an experienced professional in customer learning and success within the financial services industry, currently serving as the Director of Customer & Solutions Learning for Sales & Trading at LSEG since March 2023. Prior to LSEG, Jan held multiple leadership roles at Refinitiv from October 2018 to March 2023, overseeing customer success initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe. Jan's earlier career included significant positions at Thomson Reuters from 2006 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed business management and client training, alongside statutory representation for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Finance and Banking from Prague University of Economics and Business, complemented by advanced degrees in Finance and Management through the CEMS program, including studies at HEC Paris.
