Mobolaji Shemfe

Mobolaji Shemfe, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in sustainable investment and environmental research, currently serving as the Senior Sustainable Investment Research Lead at LSEG since October 2023. With prior experience as a Manager in ESG and Climate Risk Advisory at Deloitte and a Product Lead in Life Cycle Assessment at Sourceful, Mobolaji has developed significant expertise in sustainability and climate issues. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at WSP and Research Fellow at the University of Surrey, alongside an analytical position with GlobalData Plc. Mobolaji holds a Ph.D. in Energy and Environment from Cranfield University and a Master’s degree with Distinction in Petroleum Refining Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
