Alessandro Mazza

Alessandro Mazza is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and leveraged finance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Corporate Private Equity at Lone Star Funds since July 2024, Alessandro also holds investor roles at Joy Resolve, Titanbay, Satispay, and Margaux Ltd. Prior to this, a tenure at Jefferies as Managing Director of Leveraged Finance was followed by a similar position at Morgan Stanley. Alessandro's career at Credit Suisse spanned 15 years, where various leadership roles in Leveraged Finance Capital Markets were undertaken. Alessandro holds a Master's degree from ESCP Business School and a Laurea from Università degli Studi di Torino.
