Sarah Stoker

Sarah Stoker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Lead at LONG Building Technologies since April 2022. Previously, Sarah held positions as a Training and Talent Development Specialist and a Training and Development Coordinator at Safety Track. Sarah's background includes a role as a Recruiter at EPITEC, where expertise in recruiting strategies and candidate evaluation was demonstrated. Prior to that, Sarah worked as an Equipment Specialist at Trane, managing sales operations and training staff, and served as a Customer Service Representative at Kohl's Department Stores. Early career experience includes a position as a Behavioral Health Technician at Eastern Michigan University. Academically, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Adrian College, complemented by studies at The American University of Rome and Maynooth University.
