Leah Fretwell

Leah Fretwell is an experienced leader in the aesthetic and spa industry, currently serving as the Director of Deep Blue Med Spas at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, PC since 2012. In this role, Leah Fretwell oversees a comprehensive medical spa offering advanced treatments under the guidance of an award-winning team of plastic surgeons, serving patients across Long Island and Manhattan. Previously, Leah Fretwell held the position of Director of Aesthetic Centers, managing operations for the largest private plastic surgical practice in the U.S. Leah Fretwell's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations and Regional Vice President/General Manager at Elizabeth Arden, Red Door Spas, where responsibilities included strategic planning, sales initiatives, and oversight of multiple locations. Leah Fretwell holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cosmetic Marketing from LIM College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management from the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising and Iona College.
