Natasia Nolan-Hodge

Natasia Nolan-Hodge, MBA, PMP, SHRM-SCP, serves as the President & CEO of Insp1ration Coaching & Consulting LLC since March 2021, focusing on developing strategies to address talent challenges. Concurrently, Natasia is a Portfolio Manager at Longevity Consulting, advising project teams on human capital solutions. Previous roles include Manager of Learning & Development at Deloitte, where Natasia created and maintained the annual learning strategy, and Organizational Design Specialist at the United States Postal Service, leading assessments and organizational design projects. Natasia's career also includes positions as a Human Capital Consultant at Strategic Resolution Experts and Senior Consultant at NTT Data Federal Systems. Natasia holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies.
