Johanna Munoz

Johanna Munoz is a seasoned Human Resources professional with diverse experience in various organizational roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Longo's, Johanna provides proactive HR support and coaching in store operations. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Generalist role at The Seaboard Transport Group, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day HR operations, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations across the Ontario region. In an earlier position as a Human Resources Coordinator at Quarterback Transportation, Johanna managed the full-cycle recruitment process and ensured compliance with OHSA regulations. Additionally, Johanna's tenure at WestJet included roles as a CUPE Employee Representative and a Bilingual Cabin Crew Member. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Work and Labour Studies with a specialization in Human Resources from York University, complemented by a D.E.C in Social Sciences from Dawson College.
