Arundhati Chattopadhyay

Arundhati Chattopadhyay is an accomplished scientist currently serving as a Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Group Leader at Lonza since January 2021, specializing in process development within Drug Product Services. Previous experience includes a role as Principal Scientist at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from February 2018 to April 2023, and as a Senior Research Scientist at Biological E. LTD from May 2015 to February 2018. Arundhati's earlier career involved a Post Doctoral Fellowship at Methodist Hospital Research Institute focused on nuclear receptors, and a Post Doctoral Associate position at Baylor College of Medicine where work centered on GPCRs. Arundhati's academic background includes a PhD in Biophysics from the University of Basel, and advanced degrees in Biochemical Engineering and Biochemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and the University of Calcutta, respectively. The foundational education in Chemistry was obtained at Scottish Church College, University of Calcutta.
