Sawyer Krajcovic

Sawyer Krajcovic is an accomplished professional with significant experience in program management and operations within the cosmetics and biopharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Program Management at Lonza since September 2020, Sawyer leads cross-functional project teams and manages client relationships to ensure the successful execution of clinical and commercial Bioconjugate projects. Previous roles include serving as a Program Manager and Operations Consultant at NARS Cosmetics, where Sawyer developed an innovative tool for inventory freshness needs, and a Consultant at Coty Inc., providing supply chain support during a business transfer. Within Coty, Sawyer held various positions from NPD Manager to Distribution Dock Supervisor, demonstrating a strong track record in new product launch development and process improvement. Earlier experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at Albany International, focusing on product scale-up. Sawyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine.
