Sofia Rubin

Sofia Rubin is a skilled media professional with a diverse background in editing, photography, and video production. Currently serving as a Jr. Editor at Loop since November 2024, Sofia previously worked as a photographer for Irvin Simon Photographers and contributed as a Jury Panelist for the 2024 Festival of Cinema NYC. Experience as a Junior Video Producer at IMGN Media involved creating engaging video content for notable platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Sofia has also gained hands-on experience as a First Assistant Camera on various projects with Amaranth Film, including music videos for Warner Music Group and live event coverage. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio/Television/Film and Spanish from Northwestern University, complemented by a filmmaking certificate from the New York Film Academy.
