Arsalan graduated from Clemson University with a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While completing his master’s degree at Clemson University, Arsalan completed his internship experience at a college counseling center and was able to gain experience in working with a wide variety of clinical issues. He relocated from South Carolina to Minnesota to become a Post-Master’s Fellow at Lorenz Clinic.
Arsalan treats a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, adjustment to college, relationship conflicts, and spirituality issues affecting mental health. He uses X therapies. He views clients as separate from their problems and wants to understand them as unique individuals. He believes clients are well-intentioned, growth-oriented individuals who have the inner capacity to fix themselves. Arsalan strives to take into account the culture clients come from in working with them. He aims to uplift clients so they are capable of tackling problems on their own.
