Les Rechan is an accomplished executive and board advisor with extensive experience in technology and consulting. Currently serving as Executive Chairman of Lorica Cybersecurity, Les leads the development of quantum-resistant cloud data security solutions for various sectors. Additional roles include Board Advisor at Knak and WEconnect Health Management, and aMember of the Board of Directors for MicroStrategy. As CEO and Founder of Rechan Consulting Group, Les focuses on transformational services for revenue growth. Les has held significant leadership positions at JASCI Software, PROS, Solace, and Halogen Software, emphasizing innovation in analytics, SaaS, and talent management. Les holds a Masters in Management, Finance from Northwestern University and dual degrees from Brown University in Organizational Behavior and Computer Engineering.
