Andrea Foggy-Paxton is an accomplished leader in education and organizational strategy, currently serving as a Board Member at the Los Angeles County Office of Education and as the Entrepreneur In Residence and Founder of the Social Studies Accelerator at Education Leaders of Color. Andrea founded and leads Foggy-Paxton Consulting, LLC, providing strategic advising on programmatic impact and equity initiatives. Previously, Andrea held prominent roles including Senior Advisor at Frontline Solutions, Managing Director at The Broad Center, and Executive Vice President at Reasoning Mind. Andrea's extensive experience includes work with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Annie E. Casey Foundation, focusing on professional development and reducing economic disparities in education. Andrea holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Berkeley.
