Andrea Flores

Andrea Flores is a reporter currently contributing to the De Los team at the Los Angeles Times, focusing on Latinidad in Los Angeles and beyond since June 2023. Prior to this, Flores produced an immersive audio story on Latinas' health outcomes for LWC Studios and reported on climate change for Illinois Public Media. Experience also includes a role as a producer at WTTW/Chicago PBS and digital organizing with America’s VOICE. Flores holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Chicanx-Latinx Studies, both from Stanford University.
