Aislyn Alvarado

Aislyn Alvarado possesses diverse experience in tutoring, community assistance, legal aid, teaching support, research, and customer service. Currently serving as a Tutor at HeyTutor since November 2022, Aislyn aids students in understanding English and Math concepts. Previous roles include Community Assistant at American Campus Communities, where support was provided to university students, and Legal and Nonprofit Management Intern at Veterans Legal Institute, assisting in pro bono legal services for veterans. Aislyn also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at the Saturday Academy of Law, a Student Research Assistant for the School of Social Ecology, and a Discussion Leader at UC Irvine. Early work experience includes roles at Ambassador Dog and Cat Hospital, Toberman Neighborhood Center, Subway, and Universal Studios Hollywood. Aislyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine and a High School Diploma from Nava College Preparatory Academy.
