Evan Thompson

Evan Thompson is a performance analyst with extensive experience in rugby analytics, currently serving at LOU Rugby since January 2024. Previously, Evan held the position of Assistant Performance Analyst at FC Grenoble Rugby from June 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included creating detailed outputs, implementing innovative presentation methods, and providing real-time statistics during games. Evan also contributed to FC Grenoble Rugby as Lead Performance Analyst, offering quality insights and analysis. Prior roles include an Internship at Queensland Rugby Union and performance analyst positions with Queensland Reds U20's, where skills in data collection and reporting were developed. Academic credentials include a high school graduation from St Peters Lutheran College and a degree from the University of Southern Queensland, completed in 2019.
