Mark R. Millsap

Mark R. Millsap possesses over 30 years of diverse experience in facilities management, architecture, and project coordination. Most recently, Mark served as Facilities Manager for Loudoun County Fire and Rescue from February 2013 to April 2022, having previously held roles within Loudoun County’s Department of General Services and Parks, Recreation and Community Services. Prior to public service, Mark held the position of Vice President at Airfactz Screening and Reporting Services and served as Director of Management Information Services at Benchmark Communications. Mark's architectural background includes roles as Project Architect at Davis Carter Scott and CADD Operator at DBI Architects. Mark earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Idaho and attended Gonzaga University and Gonzaga Prep.
