Ramon Stroink

Ramon (Ray) Stroink is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the cosmetics and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Managing Director Germany at Louis Widmer SA since February 2020, Stroink previously held multiple senior roles at Weleda AG from 2005 to 2020, including Managing Director for Natural and Organic Cosmetics in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and Regional Director North Europe. During this tenure, Stroink contributed to major marketing initiatives, such as Weleda's first TV campaign in 2013. Prior to the cosmetics sector, Stroink worked at Wilkinson Sword for over a decade, culminating in the role of European Marketing Director. Stroink's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours and Diplom Betriebswirt in European Business Studies from Hull Polytechnic and FH Muenster.
