Constança Varela

Constan Hermano Q. is a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience in web development and online operations. Currently serving as the Technical Project Manager at New Possibilities Group, LLC since November 2022, Constan ensures successful delivery and management of technical web projects. Previously, Constan was a Senior Web Project Manager in the Marketing Department at Windstream, where assistance was provided in executing web marketing and development initiatives. With a strong freelance background from 2017 to May 2022 in web development, design, DevOps, and project management, Constan also held significant roles at Perfect Science Labs, LLC, including Director of Online Operations and Senior Manager of Online Operations, overseeing the successful collaboration of web teams. Earlier experiences include designing websites for prominent clients in the entertainment industry and positions at MCA Records and Webquest Inc. Constan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from El Camino College and attended UC Irvine from 1995 to 1998.
