Ted Lain

Dr. Ted Lain is a board-certified dermatologist, the Chief Medical Officer for Sanova Dermatology, and the Executive Director of Austin Institute for Clinical Research. In addition to practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Lain has served as Principal Investigator on hundreds of clinical trials in all areas of dermatology including medical, cosmetic, aesthetic, and device. His work in the industry includes scale validation, protocol development, medical and marketing consulting, as well as salesforce education. Most recently Dr. Lain is a co-founder and co-director of the Science of Skincare Summit, an educational conference devoted to the science and business of skincare within the dermatology practice.
