Carianne Reggio is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Loyal Source Government Services since September 2023, Carianne previously held similar positions at Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and Seminole County Public Schools, where executive leadership was provided for one of Florida's largest school districts. With a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, workforce relations, and HR compliance, Carianne has demonstrated proficiency in enhancing organizational growth, developing scalable HR processes, and managing complex employee lifecycle processes. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Baker College and a B.S. in Social Work from Buffalo State University.
